Zoo’s are amazing. I’ve always thought so. The opportunity to see some of the animals you get to see up close instead of in a book or online is incredible.
Well, now that it seems to be spring weather finally, I’ve got some exciting news!
Summerfield Zoo is excited to announce their 2024 opening weekend – April 20 and 21!

“We are excited to share our spring babies and welcome everyone back to the zoo for the new season! We are also excited to share a new way to visit the zoo this year. There is now a train that tours select animal areas, which will add a fun way for kids – and adults – to enjoy their time at the zoo!”

Considering all you get to see in this zoo, the admission prices are extremely reasonable. Admission is only $14 per adult, $12 per senior, and $10 per child. Best part is – it all goes to the care and operation of the Zoo.
Its a great place to get up-close and personal animal experiences for the whole family! Summerfield Zoo has everything from A (alligator) to Z (zebra) – also including otters, hyenas, wolves, monkeys, sloth and much more!!
