Sarah’s Simple Suppers: Classic Veggie Wrap

Hi there!  You hungry AND in need of fresh veggies?  You’re in luck!  Try my classic veggie wrap for lunch or dinner tonight.  You’ll love it.

 

INGREDIENTS:

pita bread, 1 slice

Ranch dressing, 1 tbsp.

Fresh dill, chopped

Red onion, diced

Spinach, 1 cup

Cucumber, 4 slices

Carrot, 3 sticks

Feta cheese, 1 scoop

 

DIRECTIONS:

Warm pita in microwave for 20 seconds.

Spread ranch onto pita.

Add dill, red onion, spinach, cucumber, carrot, feta cheese.

Secure with tin foil.

ENJOY!
