A Springfield woman is accused of threatening a local alderman.
Samantha White is now facing charges of threatening a public official after she allegedly called 911 and threatened to kill Alderman Chuck Redpath.
Authorities were sent to her home and ultimately found her inside her truck with a baseball bat at her side; it’s unclear what led up to the threat.
