Illinois Housing Development Authority Board to award millions in federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits

The Illinois Housing Development Authority Board is awarding nearly $24 million in federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.

Those credits will finance 16 affordable housing developments in 10 counties throughout the state.

Once completed, the developments will offer 792 affordable units for low- to moderate-income families, seniors, and persons with special needs.
