14th Annual Lake Council Chili Challenge – South Regional
February 5, 2023 @ 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Doors open at 12PM with tasting beginning at 2PM.
Public is welcome to attend. Admission fee of $5.00 will entitle attendees to taste chili samples and vote five times for their favorite chili recipe or the ‘What the What?’ category. Additional votes (tickets) can be purchased for $1.00 each. ‘What the What?’ is a newer food category that attendees may sample and vote on; such as, side dishes, appetizers, desserts, theme/decorations, etc. (non-alcoholic)
Proceeds will be donated to Fishing Has No Boundaries.
All entrants (cooks) must be members of a Lake Springfield club, SUSART, Power Squadron, Springfield Lake Shore Improvement Association, or the Charity of choice this year, “Fishing Has No Boundaries.” Completed entry forms and fees must be received one week before each regional date.
