The Springfield Area Arts Council announced just the other day the launch of its fiscal year 2024 City Arts competitive grant program – aimed at supporting individual
performing, literary, and visual artists within the Springfield community.
This initiative provides artists with the opportunity to apply for funding to support projects in a number of categories, fostering creativity and innovation within
our community.
Grants awarded through the City Arts program will provide
each recipient with $3,000 in funding; projects must take place within the city limits of Springfield, and applicants are required to have a Springfield address.
