I was recently at an event for Synergy Homecare where I met a woman named Kimsimone. We struck up a conversation and she told me her plans was to open a Korean fusion restaurant (Seoul 4 Soul) above Buzz Bomb Brewing Company.
I had hear about this through an article on 217 Foodies and was extremely interested. Anytime we have an opportunity for new food in Springfield, I am all about it. We sat and spoke about the restaurant and we began talking about the new years party they are having at Buzz Bomb.
A little about the restaurant:
Korean Fusion Bistro with Vegan and Vegetarian menu options. Grand opening January 3, 2024
For new years, there will be food from around the world included in the price of the ticket.
Not to mention all the Buzz Bomb beer you can drink! Your ticket also gets you name in the hat to hopefully win a day with Buzz Bomb where you and friends go to the brewery with a catered lunch to brew YOUR OWN beer. Such a cool opportunity.
