Starting this Monday, August 28 northbound lanes on Ninth Street will detour at Clay Street to accommodate repairs to a presently leaking water main.
Lanes will remain closed after repairs until road surface work is completed; this work will be rescheduled in the event of inclement weather.
Motorists are urged to plan for alternative routes, to slow down, and to be aware of the construction and repair crews and equipment in and near roadways
