The February death of a man in Kincaid has now led to the arrest of a suspect on a charge of drug-induced homicide.

Kincaid Police were called to a home in that community on February 22 for a wellness check and found 40-year-old Daniel Durbin dead inside the residence.

The death was determined to be suspicious, and State Police were called in to investigate. That investigation led to the arrest Thursday of 39-year-old Bradley Graham on the Class X felony charge.

Graham was booked into the Christian County Jail on a $1 million bond.
